In 2018, I was commissioned by the renowned metal worker Atelier François Pouenat to draw an art deco pattern for the gate of the new Beefbar restaurant in Paris.

The restaurant featured period art deco architectural elements, and the designers wanted the gate to reflect that history. I researched appropriate iconography and sketched out several proposals until reaching this final composition.
